    OEM flares and mudflaps

as Juan said, -60100 are for the flares. they fitted my 02' 78 perfectly. I even had all the factory holes for the brackets they require. the LH side mud flap has a small cut out for where the exhaust runs as well. I'm also attaching here a .csv file with all the part numbers i used to fit...

    OEM switches for dash blanks

you can repurpose for whatever you want really, you just have to find which are the switching pins. But I couldn't get the inbuilt lighting to work as they are designed for some type of ECU and there's no simple light positive in and earth out, but that didn't bother me.... the diff lock switch...

    OEM switches for dash blanks

I also added the mirror control switch 84870-60020 to control my aftermarket electric mirrors, and the 4WD switch (with 2 switches inbuilt) 84724-60020 that were repurposed

i decided not to add aftermarket switches in these slots, but I couldn't find the hazard light blanks either, only the black plastic blanks

one of the biggest regrets of my build was not buying all brand new looms and fuse box at the start. at the time it seemed like overkill and a waste of money as nearly everything worked, but now looking back after all the hundreds of thousands spent, the cost would have been a drop in the ocean...

when i added my fuel heater, I found that the connector was already part of the basic standard loom, and also wired through to the standard fuse box, literally plug n play. the connector even had a blank in it to keep it clean. mine is a 03/2002 LHD GEN spec, the absolute bare bones model with...

did you have it running before disassembly? if the filter assembly doesn't fix it, go back down the line to the tank before you start playing with anything post pump (which could introduce new gremlins)

the way i have it, the bolts are under pressure from the foam compression, and i used nyloc nuts anyway. they've been travelling around the sh1te roads of Peru for the last couple of years and all good, no movement, squeaks or need for adjustment. honestly I think there are so many bolts that...

your fuel filter with heater housing is not OEM, at least not OEM for the 70 series. I'd replace just that with the OEM part first before touching anything else. if you need the OEM filter/heater part number, you can get it from a JDM HZJ77 when my system was bone dry, before the pump I had 1...

hey mate, i installed those same windows, but i have some advice. the first time i installed them flush like you have, but as you see they are quite inset... from the outside they sink right in and sort of look weird compared to factory, and on the inside they protrude a way into the cabin...
