    The hilux will respond well to the meth water my 1KZT did. With a 3 GPH nozzle made 26 hp on at the wheels and a lot of torque only on 10% methanol rest water Now I'm running 13 GPH nozzle. It's one of the best bang for buck mods you can do. I'm surprised a lot more people don't do it

    At 20 psi started to see deformation between the core and the end tanks of the intercooler. Any thing over 21psi you get horrible pressure drop.

    I have over 340,000 km on my KZJ71 1KZTE. Brought it with 80,000 km. I service it every 5000km with a diesel and oil flush keeps the oil clean for the first 1200 km. I got the oil analyzed at 5 thousand km still perfect and then at ten thousand still fine to use he saidk

    It's not as expensive as you think if you supply the pumps they need cost me 800 NZ. They can make any pump from factory to all out.

    Hey was just a thought could you run it strait into your exhaust, near the turbo .So it comes out of your engine and never goes back into it, it shouldn't be enough oil to make it smoke. I've seen it on petrols. But never on diesels

    In one of your photos you have the check valve to far away from the nozzle. You wont it as close to the nozzle holder as possible.
