Sanded and painted the bezel (complete with an imprint on shop floor), removed springs for rust treatment & new greasable shackles & spring pins, replaced fan motor in bathroom and installed a fan timer switch (had to do this before I went out to the "Cruiser Lair", so I'm counting this!)
This will be no help, but I had a buddy in college who drove an old Duster. It would DIE when he turned left, as well. He just quit making left turns. We called him "3-rights-makes-a-left Tom"!

I am a new owner of a 1974 FJ40. PO has installed (? correctly) a Holley carburetor. Fuel "spews" while running. Local mechanic says I need to rebuild the Holley, or replace it with new carb. My question: What carburetor should I have installed?
