Also curious about these. Just saw an ad for their attic shelf. Much better pricing than the Kaon at $217 right now plus "Black Friday 10" code for 10% off = $195.
Website says to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 16 weeks is crazy, though...
My 2011 has similar issues, but it's not always backwards. Kind of has a mind of its own and you end up fighting it to get it to do what you want. I just use steering wheel control as others have said.
Can I piggyback on your request with same tire but E load rating? Since you posted the specs and all, thanks!
2011 LX570 if it makes any difference. Thanks @gaijin
Thanks for documenting this! I recently changed the oil in my 2011 for the first time since picking it up last year and there was quite the hodgepodge of bolts and washers under there. Happy to order some missing bolts and get it back how it is supposed to be!
Yeah, that is all I could find in terms of OEM parts. Thanks, though. May just have to go the generic route and replace both tabs so they match. Or snag one from pull-a-part someday.
I haven't been able to find a good replacement for the broken rear vent tab on my 2011 LX570 (oh, the things that are broken with a former soccer mom mobile...). Found a company that makes generic ones, but I'd prefer OEM if possible. Figured I'd see if any of the parts wizards on this forum...
When I picked up my 2011 last January, I realized it was missing all 3 engine cover pieces. Kind of a bummer, but it was still a good deal and I wasn't going to let it get away. I haven't done any off-roading, but I do tow a small boat and haven't had any temp increases. I've watched it knowing...
Wow that was fast, thanks bloc!
Photo color was a little deceiving, my LX is the cashmere (beige) interior. I should be able to track it down with what you provided.
My 2011 LX570 was missing a couple of the rubber covers that go over the bolts where they are mounted. I haven’t been able to find the part number to get some replacements. Figured I would see if anyone out there had ordered them and could help w a part number. Thanks!
Here is what I’m talking...
What size tubing will fit inside the return line to drain? 3/8” OD? Hard to find locally. Best to order online? Thanks for the info!
Also - where do you find a plug for the reservoir return? Curious what homemade option may work - balloon and a zip tie? Haha.
Sounds like something good to check - thanks for the heads up.
I have the tape now, but haven't installed yet. Will definitely read up on installing without bubbles. Thanks for the advice!
So I pulled the release tabs on the passenger side of the rain sensor to release it and it dropped to the dash - there was NO tape installed. Nice job, whoever installed this windshield, SMH. I'll order the OEM tape and I bet that will fix it. Wiring was fine, so it's not that.
Great info - thanks, everyone!
@GordJ - I can't go back to the windshield installer because the previous owner had it done (in another state).
@NYC570 - thanks for the instructions! I will see about taking mine apart and troubleshooting. Good to know if nothing else, I can revert to the old...
Has anyone had problems with the automatic setting on the wipers not working after a windshield replacement? I bought my 2011 this past January and noticed that the windshield is not OEM, the rearview mirror has a little bit of wobble, and the wipers only work if set to on or you bump it for a...
Going to install mine this weekend. Thanks @eatSleepWoof and @Lummie for the detailed info! @Lummie - did you find it necessary to install the gasket tape around the edges to make a better fit in the bumper opening like @eatSleepWoof did? I don't know exactly what material that is, but it seems...
