I ended going with a DERALE 13615 Series 9000 Trans Cooler Kit. This is their largest unit. It's a bit smaller than the stock, but I don't rock crawl so I think it will be fine. I will report back if I encounter any issues.

It sounds like your switches are worn out. It happened to mine. The plastic "pin" that pushes down on the circuit wears with age. I had good luck with these:

When you say pulsing, how aggressive are the pulses? ABS will be aggressive. A warped disc will be moderate. I had moderate pulsing, which was corrected by having my discs resurfaced. But, they'd pulse again after ~5000 miles. Finally replaced them with OEM and have never looked back.

Reviving this old thread for some advice. I just got my Prinsu and wanted to see how much of the rail acutually touch the rain gutter. To my surprise there are 1/8"-1/4" gaps is some locations. Mostly in the front and rear of the rails.
My question is, did any of you have this issue? If so...
I had a Slee Harness installed and modified that. You can find the write-up here. Jumping the positive from the high beam may work but I am not sure about the load on that circuit. The Slee Harness utilizes relays which eliminates this concern.
Wire wheel it and paint with POR15 Chassis black...DONE!
Actually, get an angle grinder with a wire wheel and it'll make quick work of the surface rust.

Common problem and has happened to a lot of us. The key is soffter metal than the lock cylinders. Over time the key wears down and no long works. Take your VIN number to the dearler, along with Registration/ID. They will cut you an "original" key. I usually get a few cut to save...
