SPOTLIGHT (Post-Mounted): Installation w/ lots of pics!!

Thanks, 96r50!! The main interior control handle rotates the up/down movement of the spotlight, and the twist grip on the handle takes care of the 360 degree side-to-side movement.

SPOTLIGHT (Post-Mounted): Installation w/ lots of pics!!

And, here's the second spotlight installed on the passenger side. Literally identical in the installation process with no surprises. :) :) To activate (or turn off) both spotlights simultaneously when they're being used together as off-road driving lights . . . . ...

SPOTLIGHT (Post-Mounted): Installation w/ lots of pics!!

Wrap-up: Drill a 5/16" hole into the plastic interior A-pillar cover next to the spotlight shaft that will accommodate the supplied rubber grommet, and feed the spotlight's power cable through. (Depending upon your dexterity and luck, you may have to temporarily pull back / remove the...

SPOTLIGHT (Post-Mounted): Installation w/ lots of pics!!

Installation: Drill two 1/8" holes into the external A-pillar cover where you previously made your marks with the template. (De-burr as necessary.) Lay the spotlight mounting bracket gasket in position. Place the mounting bracket over the gasket and attach it with the...

Help with drwer system for FJ62

I've built several of these for FJ Cruisers and a couple of FJ80s, but unfortunately I don't have access to a FJ62 for designing/fitting/sizing purposes. :frown:

Help with drwer system for FJ62

Thanks, ducatiman. :) For a fellow disabled vet, I would keep it within your stated budget parameters. However, I'm about 1950 driving miles from you in Brunswick, GA (which is about 50 miles north of Jacksonville, FL on the east coast).

Help with drwer system for FJ62

I wish you lived closer to southeast Georgia. :frown: Otherwise I would be more than happy to build/customize one of these systems for your FJ62: https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=159512

    Drool time . . . .

Nope. I didn't have the privelege of being there to take those pics. (One of the guys from the FJC Forum was out there and took them.) (If I was there, we'd be looking at a set of missing hubcaps. :) ) Anyway, here are a few more . . . .
