I think what I did was unkinked it and used a piece of cut up garden hose and wire tied it to smooth out the bend...if that makes sense. In hindsight, I should have looked for a plastic barbed elbow and replaced the kinked section.
Hey Mario, did you check the inside the wire loom or just the general condition of the wire? I did what Linus suggested and used a continuity meter to check sections of the harness. I found a break in one of the wires of the rear locker. I've never seen a wire break/corrode inside of the loom...
We mostly talk about OEM, CSF and Koyo here for radiator replacements. I just got the latest newsletter from Rockauto and they are carrying Liland brand aluminum radiators. I replaced mine with a KOYO not long ago. If anyone gets one....post a review!

This is just a hunch but it sounds like something is seriously draining your system to get the battery to 9 volts. Maybe the alternator has an internal short.
Nice looking rig by the way.
I would say to get a shop to do it. I would do it myself it my LC was a beater just for experience and giggles. I helped a friend to it once on a Toyota mintruck and I remember it needing 2 people.
You should park it down a hill, throw some water in the sunroof channels and then compare the drainage speed when pouring water in the channel parkeddown a hill.
I read a lot of people have issues with the rear drainage lines getting kinked over time like mine...right where it enters the body...
I swear it's not for the second row pad.
Come to think of it, I think I found this under the carpeting but I did take off the carpeting before. Maybe it belongs to my FJ60 and it transfered over somehow? Maybe toyota dropped a part when assembling. I dunno
