@thegadgetguy , Thanks for the extra pic and info, This is very similar to the idea I have to update mine to some thing that dose not require front wheel removal. So far the hardest part is trying to find the wheel baskets on there own.

Rebuilt/broke free the rear locker linkages. Some rust had built up over the last year and seized the linkage. Got it all apart and cleaned up, and got the locker working again. Just glad it wasn’t corrosion in the cable and housing!
