My setup is super simple. Cheap renology panel bolted to the hood, ran to a controller in the back then controller to my starting battery (i do not have duals... yet)
This panel has been mounted here for years after being unhappy with the loss of rack space and poor charging it got behind my...
More than likely someone bought it online and returned it?

I know a few here have them/ made them/ bought them.
Where can I get a set? How can I build a set?
Anyone have the PN for the flange so I can weld some pipe up?
I don't use any sway bars. I have a 94, 35s, OME J springs, and I'm always loaded with gear, boxes on top. I don't have any issues with it being to squishy on the roads, and I spent a lot of time in northern California and Colorado. Only issue I had (before the LSPV delete) was under very hard...
Just adding info since this is a main thread found while searching.

Who's reusing or resused the upper intake gasket or using and RTV product for that? Or are people using auto store alternatives? The mating surface between the two looks well machined...
You should really hope you don't have a removable cover. Or someone swapped that rear. If you're looking for a stronger option, you could also weld on some plate or diff rock guards.
@Vasiliy that's interesting to know. It shows that It's still running through the VSV, however? I may take the VSV from under the intake and put it more inline like the coil version.
Ok so what's everyone doing with the fuel pressure regulator after deleting the VSV? I've seen it routed up to the manifold, but that seems like it would be giving constant vacuum. As I understand it that is just designed to increase fuel during startups?
@Toyo Boyo I'm going to go for the whole thing except for the block off plate near the intake. Unless removing the starter gets me better access. If not, I'm going to bolt it up like you did. Idk if I have a plug that will thread it but worse case ill use some coins and JB weld.
Alright everyone, went out and did the EGR connected video. Did not see any huge rise in temps, but maybe you will all see something. My freeway run was 2,200 rpm 75ish mph and sustained for 6 miles. EGR tube off the headers was like 250*. I was able to pull off and record temps without seeing...
@Woofythewolf kinda. I won't be able to mount my $5,000 camera (Flir E8) to the bay to get it on the road, but I will attempt to at least see residual EGR temps. I will also try to see if an elevated idle speed kicks it on.
Yep, that's what I figured and why I stated it was a 2.0 despite what rockauto advertised. Hopefully someone else doesn't have to get the wrong starter delivered.
