70 series suspension seats. Seats and brackets. Been told can also fit 60 series, I'm not sure. All I know is they won't fit in a 75. Suspension dials, springs and lockouts work as they should. In Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada. $500CDN. Local Pickup Only.
I’m in need for my 75 series troopy as it doesnt have one. But i dont know if mine has provisions for the bolts. Will take a look today and get back to you asap.
I have a turbo 3B on veg. Done 12,000km in roadtrips, since Jan of this year, the only issue being a clogged fuel filter. Filtering and dewatering is key.
Heated fuel tank. Heated veg fuel filter. 3 way valve. Heated element for veg 12' from injection pump, seems to do the trick.

Fun times in Oregon! Other than a slight bumper-delete mod that was unexpected, it was smooth sailing.
Turns out tack welds aren't very strong....
Made a small oil transfer pump with a SBC oil pump and a drill.
Picture of old rad set up, and new (to me). Previous owner who did the 3B swap did not mount the engine properly, so the shroud doesn't fit for now. I will add some sheetmetal later to close up that gap.
4. Test and tune. IT WORKS.
On the test and tune I found 10psi and fuel screw out 1.75 turns was perfect. Could hold 110km/hr with EGT's at 750-800 on the flats. Would spike up to 1000F on long hill climbs.
Also found out that my suspect radiator was definitely toast. Sourced a good used...
2. Turbo the 3B.
3. Intercool
I used my stock CT26 turbo off my old HDJ81, along with an exhaust manifold from Steve at EBI, and a CT26 turbo oil water kit from ebay. Put on a manual boost controller before the wastegate. Used the oil supply plug rail and ran a stainless line to the turbo...
Now on to the juicey stuff. I had a big roadtrip planned for this past weekend, and I had 3 weeks to get it all ready. Items to do in order of importance:
1. Veg Oil two tank conversion
2. Turbo the 3B.
3. Intercool the 3B.
4. Test and tune for 3000km road trip.
1. Veg Oil two tank...
Ok, so a lot has happened since the last time I posted, hopefully I got it all here. First off, I found a good deal on some newer 33x10.5x15 KO2s, and scooped up a KILLER DEAL on an IRONMAN 4x4 Lift Kit, so here's what it looked like before I did all the major surgery to it. And just for...
Hi all,
Got a 87 FJ75 Troopy with now a 3B in it. I managed to track down the crank pulley, ac bracket, tensioner and compressor. However, upon first mock up it seems the tensioner pulley bracket is going to hit the PS belt. Can anyone send me a picture of how you arranged the tensioner on a...
