It’s so good. The weight reduction helped a lot. Can definitely feel a large increase in power. And it’s still very streetable

    AluRadiador from Amazon?!?

I have Amazon aluminum radiators in both of my 80s and summit 5000 cfm electric fans. The highest temp I have seen was 210 and that was 105 degrees climbing up to hells revenge in moab.

Finally got it out of the garage. I love it. Need to figure out what spring rates I need for the rear but it’s good enough for now. Need to finish paint and a few little things but for now it’s time to wheel

    Buggy 2.0

The main cage stuff is all done. Now it’s all gussets and stuff. The story is actually kind of boring. I bought it caged and on tons. It had no springs and rollers on it. I put coilovers and 42s under it and wheeled it a little. The cage needed lots of help. When I started fixing, the fixing...

You know it. So I figured the best course of action was to buy a bunch of tube and cut about 19 inches off the frame

    Hydraulic steering

I’m sure someone has tried it. Will the power steering pump on a 1fzfe run full hydro steering? Does a bracket exist out there to run an external pump? It’s time I think

I did not. But I got it for a stupid good deal. I bought it without tires or front coilovers. 16 inch coilovers in the rear and 14s up front. 14 bolt Dana 60 detroits and 42 Pitbulls. I will be adding a lot more tube very soon and redoing the sliders.

To buy or not to buy ‘92 FJ80?

Electric fans. It wouldn’t start and I was trying to listen for the fuel pump

    3f-e Intermittent throttle?/fuel? loss?

Next time it acts up turn the key but don’t release it. I had the exact same issue in the woods. By looking at some wiring diagrams I found that the fuel pump is energized for a second by the ignition but then the afm takes over. If the afm is bad it won’t stay running but if you keep the key in...
