There is no number on there. From marks website it states that they do machining on the original, so sounds like its not as easy as a direct swap over.
Installed 1 of these a couple of months ago. Brake Booster - Hydraulic | Marks 4WD - https://www.marks4wd.com/brakes/hydraulic-brake-booster?wpf_filter_vehicle=toyota-landcruiser-80-series&wpf_fbv=1
Probably the best Brake upgrade I've installed (there have been many).

No Mate,
Never figured it out.
gave up.
So did toyota and my auto sparkie.
My only option now is to start replacing parts piece by piece, but thats going to get expensive. Really have to buy new as buying used could just be buying a part with the same problem.
Lots of these in New Zealand. I've got 1, same year/model. Give me a yell if your having trouble with parts. I've pretty much rebuilt mine several times and figured out most of the idiosyncrasy's of this model - all except the AC heater fan controls. That is the most complicated messed up system...

Cheers

Not doubting you TurboDennis, I just want to make absolutly sure before a spend my dollars.

Cant find a 1hdft head here in New Zealand. Toyota NZ says it has been discontinued. They have a 1hdfte head but cant tell me if there are any...
When you say the guts of the head are differant but my ft parts will bolt in. You mean that the valves cam etc are differant but all my gear will fit as in the critical dimensions that mate together are the same?
