Anybody knows how to download all the personal Navigation POI that have been stored in the OEM nav unit?
(Over the years I save gps coordinates on the nav unit. How do I transfer them to my next vehicle?)
Beautiful!
I had similar feelings about LC versus LX. I was dead set on getting the 2016 LX, but after I did a test drive, I preferred the LC. I couldn't get used to the LX suspensions as it felt more wobbly to me. Also, not sure if it's a fact or not, but the steering wheel on the LX felt...
Speaking of Banff... I drove from Alaska to Banff and back in September. Over 5000 miles round trip through mountains and snowy roads without any problems. Even met a few sheeps that were interested in the LC.
It was getting into dangerous territory for me at 85K miles. If I were living in a populous state like Washington, it would be no problem, but I often drive in the middle of nowhere with not a soul in sight and at 50 degrees below zero to take pictures of the northern lights above the Arctic...
Been using the recommended 87 since my 2011 LC.
Dealer gave me a full tank of 91 on my 2016 last week as a freeby after I have been using 87 for a month, but I see no noticeable difference.
One contributing factor: Did the "limpish" ones have tires that are larger in diameter than stock? If it was the case and if the owner did not change the gearing ratio, the acceleration would be impacted.
2016 LC here and glad I did not get the issue. Probably because that day, I kept my screen in the "screen off" position with the custom background wallpaper, instead of the GPS screen.
The user manual for the 2016 LC doesn't show the list of fuses with the description of each circuit. In the 2011 manual, that information was included.
I'm trying to tap into the driver side fuse box to install a dash cam. In my 2011, I tapped into the "ACC" fuse and I'm trying to replicate the...
Entune is more than just the "App Suite", which I agree is not useful to me. Entune also drives a large portion of the screen interface, and that's really what I'm after. If you use the climate controls, that's Entune. Same with the Setup menu, voice commands, cell phone pairing, maintenance...
Hello, I have a feeling my Entune is not the latest version. I looked at the 2016 Entune on YouTube for the Tacoma and it looks more up to date than mine on a 2016 LC with March build date. For example, I need to hit 4 buttons before I can turn off the Nav screen (Setup, Scroll to Next page...
The last 2 pictures in your first post are from me. You can see the rest of my Land Cruiser picture gallery at this link. All the pictures were taken in Alaska:

I simply used bigger tires, no lift. Specs are on my site at the link above.

Does it include the LX too, or will they announce the LX facelift at a different date?

If you hear the buzz 9 times out of 10, it's more than my 2011 LC. Maybe you can go to the dealer and have them start the engine on one of the LC on the lot. You don't even have to drive it. Just pump the brakes and see how often you hear the buzz.

Have you tried changing the length of the steering column by extending or shortening it a few clicks? I also have a 2011 but don't feel any vibrations. My column is extended to the max.
