    Please help me ID this trailer..

    Friend of a friend is selling this trailer. I know nothing about these. The guy selling thinks its a truck bed. It's rough and has been "modified". The rust is mostly surface rust, however there is a few bad spots on it. Is this trailer worth the 300 he is asking?
