YotaMD Titanium Integrated Remote Key Fob Shell

Ok, actually I have inadvertently made it awkward to order the wrench along with a kit. Can you PM me your email and I'll send over a manual invoice with that wrench added. Let me know which kit you're after as well. Thanks!

I have evil thoughts about my old LX470, can someone help me with some weight numbers?

I have no idea what's going on there, but I dig it. I'm not sure it makes any sense, but I like it. My quick Youtube sleuthing says this is the build https://www.youtube.com/@itsDeza

No, paint wears pretty poorly so just gotta wear that patina* with pride! *Autocorrect correction

YotaMD Titanium Integrated Remote Key Fob Shell

That's how they all are. You need to remove the key blade if it's not already cracked and falling out. My favorite method is pliers grabbing right near your thumb in that picture. Grab the "ear" of the key blade with the pliers and rotate the blade right out. You can also cut it out with...

    100 Series Drawer Build (pics)

Oh definitely. There's a wide range of rivets, haha.

    100 Series Drawer Build (pics)

Curious if that will start to rattle over the years. I never really considered rivets viable because they tend to relax slightly over time and metal on metal makes a lot of noise if allowed to move. But.... perhaps with a very good rivet it would stay good and tight. Great DIY approach...

Quick question about AHC ride with extra weight

95% sure you have air in the line - probably right by the pump. Code 1762 pops up *VERY* quickly and turns off power (IE voltage) at the pump. That's how it's supposed to work. It's annoying, but that's how it's supposed to work. I've dealt with this code a good bit myself with customer cars...

Why is my 100 wearing out cv axles?

That sounds perfectly reasonable to me from a price standpoint. Parts alone are well over half that. I think that's actually probably too low to actually pay decent labor. I think enthusiasts tend to get a bit skewed on the price of professional repairs. Good mechanics and their shop owners...

AHC Inop after fluid change 2007 lx C1751 and C1762

99% of the time C1762 simply means there's air in your system. You need to bleed. If you see bubbles anywhere in your clear tube during bleeding, keep bleeding. If it's localized to one corner, it's often a bad globe which is releasing nitrogen gas. Fix: Bleed and pay attention to where bubbles...

    Need some Advice...suspension cost

Most AHC problems are simple. It's not a crazy complex thing, it's just unique. The problems you describe are common and usually easy to fix. Rust aside, AHC requires very little effort to maintain. Sounds like you need a pressure check and adjust. Maybe new globes. Maybe a new height sensor...

    Need some Advice...suspension cost

That's a lot of money to remove an adjustable hydraulic suspension with variable lift and dynamic response and replace it with a simple conventional setup. If the AHC isn't rusting away you could refresh that 3 times before you paid for the conventional swap.

'06 Land Cruiser - Slee Formed Step Sliders

@mlberry35209 Slee also has regular step sliders that are AHC compatible. Also note, the AHC adjusting at a stop light is intended behavior. It doesn't mean anything is broken. It adjusts back to neutral height while you drive and tends to rise up in the front at lights.

    100 Series Lift Reliability

I'm certainly no pro-race driver, but I've done a track day on dirt and had a slew of cars with a mix of poly and rubber bushings. I've definitely got limited experience taking a car on asphalt to the absolute limit for any continued length of time so you may be right. That's a lingering bucket...

    100 Series Lift Reliability

Even then I've never understood it. I believe Porsche uses ball joints in place of rubber on their extreme GTX RS variants, but that's the only place I've heard of OEMs using anything other than rubber. The still-extreme, but not quite "RS" spec cars get rubber (pretty sure). And they're...

    Question for the Audiophiles

Sounds good. I miss my Morel Virtus from my 99 build. Fully active front stage with all the proper time correction and DSP'd to flatten out some of the peaks and valleys. Dual 11" Focal subs. Best audio I've had in a car. That was the first time I realized Rooster had at least three distinct...

KISS Drawers (Keep It Simple Storage) For 100 Series

Thanks for the kind words! KISS was a lower priced product at a time when we were selling even more expensive systems at a loss [unknowingly for many quarters]. I'm very grateful community members here pushed us hard to go upmarket and just make everything better and let the price go where it...
