This would be on my first gen on the frame (upside-down) so soaking it with penetrating lube didn't really get down the threads. :meh:
Installed a hoist to lift off the top and then added two safety straps for peace of mind. Now I can lift the top off by myself and even open the garage door and park my hi-top van underneath.
