    RTH: Weird cooling system behavior

I think you answered it "if it was circulating, it should have warmish hoses wouldnt you think"? If your hoses never get hot then your not flowing any liquid through there. After a cold start how long does it take before you get heat out of your vents?

    RTH: Weird cooling system behavior

Yes they should look the same when I got mine you could get 170 degrees or 190 degrees. at 170 or 190 is when it would open to allow full flow of your coolent through your block. If your running somewhere real cold your 170 might take along time to ever build up heat or pressure.

Rth stuck in Nashville with a broke down 80

I noticed everything to do with spark was new but the coil. If you had a good coil around I would try that as sometimes when they are going bad they still fire or spark just not enough. They can do funny things as there is oil inside that breaks down over time, If the fuel isnt burning right...

What size spring spacer do I need?

Park on level ground measure from ground to the bottom of your fender flare in the center of it like inline with your axel shaft, do this on the back first. then measure same spot on front fender flare. Subract difference and thats how much you need to be level.

Well I wasnt bashing at all. Or trying to take anything away from your bumper it does look good. sorry if I came off wrong. And as far as telling you that you paid to much, I was just showing what you could have got on on a comparable budget. HOnestly I dont care what you pay for your bumper its...

    Custom Bumpit-Offroad bumper

"Thick steel" I wouldnt use that term until you get into 1/2" as you can buy affordable welders for around 500/700 torch around 500/700 that leaves 1000 for steel and supples. I would think your bumper is not over 3/8's wouldnt suprise me if is 3/16 to a 1/4 and you can get strength from bracing...

Holy cold steel batman  Couldnt you buy a welder, torch and all the supplies and steel to DIY for that? Then you would have welder/torch for next job.
