    Check your neutral safety switch connector on the transmission. I just had the same problem and it was a corroded wire in the connector.

    Actually if you think about it, it doesn't matter if its RHD or not. What matters is what side of the road he drives on. The head lamps are developed for which side of the road the vehicle is driven on. If you drive on the right you want head lamps for a LHD... no matter what side of the vehicle...
