    Front brakes locking up together

    Why not wait till the calipers are stuck, then crack the bleeders. If fluid comes shooting out, it's a pressure problem. If none comes out, it's a sticky caliper problem.

    I've always called 30mA the threshold between good and bad. The best way i've found to test is on the negative term. It ALL goes through that sucker.

    Did you check to see if the injectors are even attempting to fire? a CEL that flashes/pauses/flashes sounds like it's trying to spit out a code. Get a noid light, i'll bet it's not firing them.

    V band clamp problem

    Only fix I know is to get both flanges machined, then it should seal right up. Unfortunately, that's a huge pain in the ass.
