    VI: Buy/Sell/Trade, In Search Of

Looking for a bj4x or maybe bj7x rad. Important thing is that the lower port is on the left side. Top preferably left as well, but it's not as critical. I have an aluminum one in my truck right now, and it's ok, but they aren't exactly known for long life 😞

Poked a hole while waiting for the oil to drain. Manual conversion to get rid of the vacuum stuff. Hope is to get the case and different gears all clean and built so it's a fairly quick turnaround. Famous last words 😂 I think I have something worn in my gear set, had a ton of slop when I...

    DIY welding

Not a bad deal for a little 110v. Comes with a tank, which is a couple hundred right there. https://www.facebook.com/share/rBWKD1wur3GixrAi/?mibextid=kL3p88

Those are fun little things. 14k tho... damn. I occasionally browse for the old awd celicas with the turbo (3sgte was it?) They'd be kinda fun too. I liked the 2wd one I had with the lame engine well enough. Only got like 5mpg better than my 60 tho

It's the only buy sell site that still works. As much as I hate Facebook, marketplace is lightyears better than used Vic and Craig's these days.

And then there were none. Dirty hippy from lasqueti managed to fit them all inside a small car complete with child seat. 🤣🤣🤣

If I need to grind aluminum I'll often just use a circular saw, hold the guard back and gently let it chew. Takes high welds off in seconds. A good safety squint is important. :hillbilly:

    Tires

It's nice to be able to forget about tires for a while. And to get rid of my tire tower in the shop 🤣

Just threw a bunch of tires up on marketplace if anyone needs. 4- 33x10.5x15 BFG at KO2 on cruiser rims, with a 5th matching spare. 4 in the 70-80% range, spare is older. 4-285/75/16 BFG muds. No rims 50-60% tread left. 375 for the 15's, 150 for the 16's.

    Tires

Finally got off my wallet 🤣 These showed up available in my favorite size for a cruiser, so, ****it. Not bad. 4 delivered was 1350 after rebate from PMC tire, and then a hundred bucks to get them mounted today. So now to sell off this pile of tires...😞

Anything you use to cut wood works well on aluminum. Coarser sawsall etc. Zip disks like to explode on aluminum I find.

There's one at work. I tried it once. Cut pretty fast but it's kinda big and bulky. I dunno. I didn't really take to it.
