I've got a 1996 FZJ80 with 216k on the clock, and here is the issue, when manually selecting "2" or "L" on the transmission, it no longer selects the expected gear. Here is what it is doing
Gear Selected = Outcome
"D" + OD on = performs as expected (4th gear w/ OD)
'D" + OD off = performs as...
It all comes down to use and personal preference. P-rated tires tend to be quieter, have a more gentle ride, and get better MPG. Given the option, I tend to always default to E-Rated all-terrain tires, but our Sequoia is a user and rarely sees the mall or Starbucks.

@BamaTundra & @SeanK10 - Question about the stiff ride comments, how frequently do you have your sequoia's loaded up with kids & gear? I've noticed my stock suspension sags in the rear when loaded up with my 5 kids.
The only major downside to LEDs that I have encountered is that they don't generate enough heat to keep your lights snow/ice free. Depending on where you live this might not be an issue, but if you ever find yourself driving over a mountain pass in the middle of the night during a snowstorm it...
We frequently run ours on the drivable beaches in Oregon with no issues. Once it gets hot outside and the sand gets softer put it in AWD or 4WD and air down as needed.
I picked up 18" Tundra TRD wheels off Craigslist for $200 and went with 275/70-18 (33") Wildpeak's. If I had a lift I would have gone bigger. I think 275/65-20 (34") should work.
