Those tyres are going pretty good. Just under 50,000 km (31,070 miles) on them. They don't give off much noise and still have plenty of tread left on them. They aren't the best off road but we only do light off roading so it doesnt really matter that much.
I sent a set of those lights here from australia to an LX470 owner in the states from the club lexus forums for the same price. In aus clear corner lenses have always been standard on the LC100.
I guess Toyota offers different models here to appeal to different needs of different people. After all, Australia is the largest LC100 market in the world :)
Thanks for the reply bsjoiner :) So apart from the different socket issue, do you know if the markers from any year LC (ie. 98-05) are interchangable with the LX? What I mean is that there weren't any changes to the markers as the LC and LX were updated over years were there?
Are the LC front side markers the same as the LX front side markers? I rang a Lexus dealer here in Melbourne and he said the LX front side markers might be different to the LC ones (he wasn't sure) even though they look the same to me. I need confirmation as I might be sending a pair of clear...
