    Rethinking the 17" option here.

    Those tyres are going pretty good. Just under 50,000 km (31,070 miles) on them. They don't give off much noise and still have plenty of tread left on them. They aren't the best off road but we only do light off roading so it doesnt really matter that much.

    I sent a set of those lights here from australia to an LX470 owner in the states from the club lexus forums for the same price. In aus clear corner lenses have always been standard on the LC100.

    Are you able to pry the Lexus logos off and stick on some flat based custom made centre cap logos? This is what i did when i put Ford rims on my RAV4.

    I guess Toyota offers different models here to appeal to different needs of different people. After all, Australia is the largest LC100 market in the world :)

    Thanks for the reply bsjoiner :) So apart from the different socket issue, do you know if the markers from any year LC (ie. 98-05) are interchangable with the LX? What I mean is that there weren't any changes to the markers as the LC and LX were updated over years were there?

    No it does not work when the engine is off but it keeps whatever's in there cool for several hours once the engine has been turned off.

    Lol...no i'm not worried about the roos! Auto door lock is just a cool feature that would be good to have. Oh well, i guess i'll have to manually press the power door lock button :eek:;p
