Serious exhaust leaks from first set of flanges on back.

I have some serious exhaust issues. I've welded up every leak I can, but I think it may just be time for something new. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on replacement? I was thinking I could just build a jig of the entire exhaust system starting at the flanges before the cats and just fab...

Toyota/ LC paint: is it durable?

In the paint world, the base coat (color) is typically only applied to cover. The clear coat is the thicker of the layers. It's what has the UV protectant in it. So...colors aren't going to be 7 costs thick.

Toyota/ LC paint: is it durable?

Anything metallic will cost more to repair as far as materials and labor goes. I am in the maritime fabrication and paint industry in charleston, and have done a bunch of body work and painting using the toyota whites which do fade and lose luster after a while. But if they are taken care of...

Grinding noise from rear after wheeling impact on driveshaft

Sounds like it will need to be trued as well. I recently discovered my rear drive shaft has some gnarly runout from wheeling. I'm taking mine to the driveline shop to be straightened, balanced, and new joints put in. Frustrating sometimes, but I caused it...

Replacing front left wheel bearings. What gaskets/seals are needed?

My wheel has some gnarly shimmy, so I figured I would go ahead and replace the bearings. I had Glenn at LEXTECH do my front right bearings about 8 months ago. I just don't see how it's all that hard to do myself. I've purchased bearings, axle seals, and the appropriate "extra tools" needed such...
