I also wanted to mention that I found a full set of white doors at a salvage yard, they wanted $400-500 for the full set of doors. They were in good shape, with minor dents/small bubbles of rust.
It does have a/c, and I had it on today, works fine. Mechanically the truck is great, besides needing some exhaust work. As for the mpg, I can't really say, I have never filled the tank completely and kept track of the mileage.
As for frame rust, it looks solid when we replaced the rear shock...
