    13B-T idle screw WTH?

    I wouldn't worry about the adjustment lever thingy. Adjust the "idle speed adjustment bolt" to about 800-900 rpm or when it smooths out and your idle, problem will be solved. Its a bit hard to get at, I think its a 10mm for the lock nut then you can turn the bolt by hand. access it from the...
