HT leads Whats the best way to get a full set to here in the UK (near London) I would be gratefull if someone would buy me a set and I would send you the cash via paypal and you could then send them to me as a gift, as I would have to pay tax when they arrived here in the UK if they were sent...

    Tire question for fzj80

Well that's good to know, thanks for the reply john, perhaps I should put the at2's on my rims, but still have tread on my bridgestones and would rather have the at2's just for winter and just swap over when needed. The at2's are on Mitsubishi alloys 6 hole, perhaps they will fit straight on...

    Tire question for fzj80

It's winter here in the uk and we have had the worst snowfall in 17 years, it only lasted six days and has all now gone but more is predicted next week. The tires on my 80 are standard 275 x 70 x 16 bridgstones which are more of a road tire which is normally ok for uk weather, I have decided...

One cat and now bad MPG ?

thanks for all the replies, yes I am running an lpg system, I did not mention it as it may have complicated things, the fzj80's here in the uk only ever run one pre cat o2 sensor, that's why I thought it shouldn't make any difference to the fuel consumption if I removed the second cat (how would...

One cat and now bad MPG ?

I had to remove the rear cat from my 1996 4.5 fzj80 because it had rotted and blown a hole, I thought it would be fine to run just one cat in the system, at the same time I took the cat out I noticed the lambda sensor retaining nuts had rotted away badly, the only way I could get the off was to...

Auto box cooler at fault and not the hose

After replacing the hoses on the auto box cooler, I still had a leak :-( taking the front fender off again, I noticed that the leak is coming from the bottom cooler hose connection, the alloy pipe that comes out of the cooler has corroded in one tiny place and leaking, has anyone else had this...
