Do you have any of the throttle / venturi pieces with any of the linkages for throttle to pump? I really need all of the moving parts from the end of the pedal wire to the pump.
Thanks for all of the inquiries about the truck, I have had a lot of response since this thread was refreshed, and have been swamped at work the past week. If you messaged me or called me and I have not gotten back to you, PM me again and I will get back to you.

The Trip
Took two buddies 3 hours down the coast to drop them off at a sail boat with approximately 2500+lbs of gear/supplies. Troopy rides much better with some weight on the heavy springs, cruising 60-65 mph getting 17-19 mpg. Like a sewing machine the truck never skipped a beat.
I still have the ole Troopy and absolutely love the truck! I may consider sale, and then I drive it, and every time I drive the truck it is just too cool to want to sell it! However, I will consider sale if anyone is serious to own a beast of a truck.
I would love to keep the truck, but it's just not in the cards right now. I hope that I do not have to place it on EBAY.... I get a ton of inquiries, but not one person to come look at it. She is a great truck and someone will be very happy to add her to their collection.
That BJ77 sounds...
Bump.... getting some trade offers, but looking for cash right now unless a trade of a Cadillac CTS-V, Lexus LS 460 2007-2008, 100 series Cruiser/Lexus, Diesel Mercedes E or R Class 2005+, Z06, Classic muscle cars, etc.

No I did not sell it, and stopped for a while, but would consider a sale on it as I have had 3 inquiring minds this month email me out of the blue.
Are you interested? Pinellas county is only 6.5 hours away....
for general clean up I have done it myself and also had it professionally done, it all depended on budget, project, time etc. Did I notice a difference pro vs. joe? not really, different applications. But there is more than one way to skin it!
Sorry I haven't read your build, did you drive...
I agreed with Baxter. Keep it simple.
Porting/polishing/extrude hone has been done very successfully for many years under extreme racing conditions. Yes, if you take too much from one side you may compromise strength... however I believe there only to be benefits from this if done properly...
I'm going with number 4 from bizzjet....
sounds the most logical, (KISS) keep. it. simple. stupid. I have to tell myself that all the time.
if your driveshaft is balanced, (you tried 3) and the u joints are new and properly done, and this noise was never there before, then #4 could cause...
