Once you get the pan off clean both surfaces (block and pan) like your gonna eat off of it. It's a bitch under there but having no leaks is worth the effort.:wrench:

Yep, I have '82 FJ60 that I put in H55 last year, I opted to use post '84 drive shafts and TC with the spacer and oiler for 5th gear rather than modding mine but my stock cross member works just fine with no modification. Not sure if this would change for SOA. Also needed to swap pinion flanges...
