    Rusted out fuel line hanging on my hj60. What is its purpose?

    Would it cause any issues? Mine is running great, fuel mileage has dropped recently though and I definitely didn't see that hanging when I bought the truck not too long ago. Thing obviously has been shot for awhile though.

    x2 on hitting the starter with a hammer if you have done any water crossings or spent any time in mud these things gets a little seized up.
