Edmark Toyota in Nampa. They are the only local Toyota dealer enrolled in Costco's Auto Program.
I worked with the Accessories Manager - Brodie Moore (208) 869-4234.
The stock Land Cruiser springs are pretty soft and depress easily with a load. I personally prefer some rake to compensate for...
Yes, the KDSS valves were an issue but not one I had to personally fight with. I handed the keys to my dealership and let them figure it out. They did indeed say it was a pain. Had to blast it hard with an anti-corrosion bath to get it loose, plus another trick or two. I had the dealership...
Sorry. I don’t have calipers. However, when I peered under a 2020 TLC and an HE edition it was obvious to me that the HE had an additional wind/coil. This is what sold me on giving it a try. My butt dyno tells me the spring rate is about the same.

Gents,
I refreshed my 2008 soccer mom's suspension with the an OEM take-off suspension from a 2020 Heritage Edition, plus an OEM spacer up front. Added HE bronze BBS forged rims wrapped in BFGs. I went with the stock suspension to keep the wife happy with the ride quality but wanted just a...
Gents, who can advise me on how to release the speaker leads from the terminals without breaking the plastic clip/housing? Nothing I’m trying is working. I would prefer to preserve the factory speaker leads, etc.
thx,
Tim
I am searching for the stock OEM suspension components recently taken off a 2020 Heritage Edition Land Cruiser. What you aren't going to use I'd like to buy. Would like to buy your front coil-over springs with struts, and rear springs with shocks. Name your price. Thank you!
Thank you, Charlie. That was helpful.
I’m always nervous when trying to pop out trim panels. I never know what type of connector is anchoring it or how much force is appropriate and invariably make the wrong call eventually - snap! :)

Murckman,
so how does the CBT sub compare to the factory sub in terms of volume and low frequency extension?
Also, any tips for installation to make pulling panels apart safer or easier?
Thanks,
Tim
True, but 75 pounds is not likely to compress the rear springs .75" I may be wrong. The stock springs are pretty soft.
Can anyone else confirm the number of coils on the HE rear spring vs stock LC? Perhaps I'm hallucinating.
Tim
Eric, so here’s my question - is the stock suspension on an HE different than the stock suspension on a regular Land Cruiser?
This HE sits a tad higher than my stock 200s (even without the OEM front spacer), AND I count 5 links on the rear coil vs. The 4 links that are on my 200s. I can...
I'd like to reinforce that our 2008 cooler has worked intermittently when temps approach 32 degrees. It may not work very well if ambient temps are in the mid-to-upper 30s. For a couple of years we did not use the cooler because we thought it was broken, only to discover it was working again...
With this weight class of trailers, I think a gear swap is unnecessary unless your spinning bigger, heavier tires at the same time.
The beauty of the 200 power train is that you have two overdrives. If you don't have enough power just drop a gear...no need for new gears. I tow predominantly...
I certainly would not talk anyone out of buying a truck if that's what they want, but I did the exact opposite -- traded in my 3/4 ton truck for a 200 TLC, precisely because the Cruiser could tow our Airstream competently. A 25' Airstream will hardly overtax the 200. That powertrain is strong...
My wife and I considered many trailer options before purchasing the Airstream. In the end, we went with the Airstream because it was the only ultralite trailer that truly was durable. Just about any other ultralite trailer on the market that competes weight-wise with the Airstream is of far...
Mark,
We tow an Airstream 23FB with both our 2008 and 2013 TLCs. The 23FB is our "ideal" Airstream and it weighs 5,000# dry and about 6,000# wet and loaded. We have had no problems towing it with either Cruiser even up thru the Rockies. I recommend towing with either your ECT switch on or in...
