    1st gen truck doors, good condition, good to upgrade if yours are rusted, or to use as 1/2 door donors. I just do not want to put in the scrap pile, would be a waste. Price is negotiable, free or anything over that is fine.

    Anyone know how to disconnect the VSC only? leaving the ABS intact? And yes, I have searched and read for over 5 hours with out any luck. Thanks in advance.

    LX470 VSC - Good News And Bad News

    Has anyone tried to put a switch between the CDL sensor so that only the VSC goes off? Would that leave the ABS intact? I have a customer that is having problems with the VSC applying the brakes, dangerous and scary. He does not want to pay the dealer for "Maybe" fixing it, I do not think...

    Yes wires are routed correctly, and did a running compression test, numbers are good, lower than compression using the starter, but numbers are close enough to each other, does not appear to be a causative factor.

    Desmog and carb should have no affect on compression.. recheck your valve adjust first.

    Did use the flash style spark tester, also used the type that has a gap that adjusts to test actual strength of spark, seems to be equal. Will check resistance of wires tomorrow. Found another distributor as well, will be trying that also. Cap and rotor are new, but NAPA. I will check on OEM...

    Fuel is in middle of sight glass. Valves have been adjusted, and checked again. Plugs were gapped, and checked again.
