changing belt on age, and tensioner b/c it just seems smart - just noticed the extra idler pulley on DS - anybody refreshing that too?
Tensioner was $80, belt shy $90 - just saw idle pulley, no clue $$ (dealer parts)

Had to search this one, turns out it’s simple:
The 2 big silver T30 screws at the extreme top & bottom release the tail-light housing, then pull up & out at the same time.
Replace bulbs as needed.
I hoped those 2 screws were it, otherwise it was going to be a PITA.
I’m both doing this to inform plus give me ‘sticky-note’ info:
3UR motor oil change with a new filter: 7.9 qt 0-20 oil / — can go 5-20 if towing heavily.
TQ specs:
Filter main cap: 18 ft/lb
Filter cap drain plug: 9 ft/lb
*small O-ring in OE filter is for the stock...
I was doing all the normal underhood stuff & when I got to washer fluid, I noticed with the neck full the bottle has a void you can’t fill -
— so in normal “eff it, let’s see what I break” - I shoved the cordless drill down the neck & drilled toward the radiator with a unibit, got a ~3/8”...

So I been using a 8/3 ~50’ cord for my older welders & the plasma cutter.
- I was just looking at the literature for my 350p (Miller) - and it calls for a minimum of 4ga for 100a & goes to a crazy 1/0 per strand if you could get 600a out of it!!
I’ve never seen any of the 1/0 - 2/0 cables save...
As said - I been using a SS wingnut TIG’d to a SS bolt - but we all know that’s chachi AF & if I had to kill the power it‘s 5+ seconds to get it killed.

Someone sold a set of 6 lug RW wheels (real ‘Yota or aftermarket-IDK) awhile back, I’d PM’ed the seller but didn’t get a reply.

I’m kicking the idea around of a pair of used leather seats from a Platinum trim Tundra (or Sequoia if they carry over?!?) —to swap from the fabric SR5 / Rock Warrior seats up front, leather is just low maint compared to fabric IMO.
If anybody can show me the area/blanks that get knocked out...

As stated, I’m about to do a Icon billet upper control arm, and their destructions don’t give the TQ value for that long-shank bolt/nut combo from the factor.
Anybody here done a overhaul & had to pull/re-torque after either a upper ball joint job or going to billet upper arms?

Part of my suspension fix involves new upper arms, and it appears that torque spec wasn’t given in the install paperwork.
-It’s 1 big ~8” bolt / nut from what I can see, I’m not on the online FSM so longshot someone else has been there / done that.

Oil pan drain plug: 30 ft/lb
Stock filter cap: 18 ft/lb
Filter cap drain plug: 9 ft/lb

So to give a short backstory, my Tundra came to me via knowing the prior owner (friend of a friend) - he has $$$ & maintains toys.
It’s the exact Tundra I’d have bought if I ever bought new-off-a-lot.
He added a 6” lift & spent early days on 37’s as it was a chase vehicle for wide loads on the...
