    Rear Control Arm Skid

Here is a well used set of my front & rear link mount armor and rear diff armor on Nick Power's (SouthTexasCruiser) FJC. These have been well used at places like Katemcy Rocks, Barnwell Mountain, Rock Creek, Cline's and The Rubicon Trail. Tons of abuse with no problems.

    SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch

That is certainly odd. I have had clutches have a shudder to them until they have been broke in, but it doesn't sound like there are good things going on with the grinding and chirping. The only accounts I have experienced with grinding and chirping with the clutch is when there were...

    Rear Control Arm Skid

Yep.. That is the reason I designed mine the way I did. I have approximately 45 sets out and haven't had a single one wallow out. But then again, the side plates are made of 1/4" and I am using the factory diameter (but longer) bolt in a 10.8 spec for a tight tolerance fit in the bolt up...

    Rear Control Arm Skid

The front link mount armor was a pain in the butt to work up. 2 proof of concept models and 4 prototypes later - I took it to the market and so far I have had 1 slight revision. I am very pleased to say that I have had no failures and I just had a full set of armor run the Rubicon without...

    Need more power!!!

Good suggestions!!! There isnt that wide of a range of power enhancement products for the FJ as of yet, you may work the "power scavenging" route. Things like undersized pulleys, electric radiator fans and the like would help squeze out a few extra HP here and there. I had the chance...

Best rear diff armor I've seen, Outrider Suspension armor!

Doubling the weight of the rear end???? You are kidding, right? The diff skid adds approximately 35 pounds. As far as the All Pro alternative, it's not the same ball park - hell!! it isnt even the same game.... This is armor for those who cant puke up $2K -$3K for an axle swap.

Best rear diff armor I've seen, Outrider Suspension armor!

I designed and built this diff skid with a few ideas in mind. 1. Clearance - The other diff skids on the market sacrifice clearance for protection. This diff skid fits flush against the bottom of the rear diff. The only clearance lost is the thickness of the material. 2. Ease of use - Our...
