Ditto on the Slee sliders. They're worth every penny. The first time you "accidentally" find you need them, you will be extremely thankful. Customer service with Christo was excellent.
I'm not aware of any differences in OEM between the countries. It looks to hold about 5gal, but I never used it so I don't know exactly. The base measures just under 6 3/4" x 13 3/4".
Wheels are straight and balance great...just show signs of a little rock rash. If interested, make me an offer. Individual shots available if you want 'em.

Trading mine in this week, but just rolled over 90k miles. 10k left on the extended warranty...all maintenance records...new tires...fully outfitted and ready to go anywhere.
ARB. Any tire with a more aggressive tread in the same size will fit without a lift, but factoring in the weight of the new bumper, you may want to consider heavier springs up front to offset the extra weight. If you end up doing a spring swap, you might as well lift it.
I don't recall the stock height, but with either the factory running boards or a good set of Slee sliders/steps, wouldn't the step help? What about a wagon or four-door sedan? Better gas mileage and handling if you don't plan to use it offroad...
