from the pictures it looks like the drivers side has more droop than the passengers side , the ebrake cable and the rear brake hose is on the passengers side. it looks to be the stock brake hose, and from the picture it looks to be maxed out in length and possably limiting the passengers side...
i think my shackle mounts are to far forward not allowing the leifs to flatten out when the spring is fully compressed, also causing a real stiff ride being the springs are always arced
i have a 82 pickup with trail gear 5" leifs and there is hardly any articulation in the rear. it i has 7 leifs in the rear i was thinking of removing a couple of leifs and installing some tera flex revolving shacks,, has anyone used these shackles and what are the pros and cons
well with having a 34 year old carburetor , and the fact that he will not need to smog the truck, i think the weber will be the least costly and best performing carb for him

well sense you wont have to smog it thats a big plus , if it was mine i would find a set of dana 60s gear them and loc them, it is easy to sell a fj60 front diff that is already sprung over and is easy to sell a d44 rear diff, through a cammo paint job on and a set of 37s and start wheelin
i seen that rig on craigslist up here, probably wont pass smog in nevada or ca, if they did not do c cut and turn it will probably handle bad on the highway,,,
