You bet - I will be sure to try and steer the group that way. As might be evident by those waypoints above, our exact itinerary is flexible and will blow the way of least resistance.
yeah, trying to get to warmer temps a soon as possible and then we're going to tour around a bit. Here is a list in no particular order of the place we as a group would like to see - won't hit them all but will hit some:
Sand Hollow
Zion
Bryce Canyon
Grand Canyon
Monument Valley
White Sands...
@cruiseroutfit , I just sent you a direct message here on MUD but the jist of it is;
texting with @Behemoth60 about the itinerary and the plan currently is to stop in Idaho Falls Saturday night and then SLC Sunday. That would put us mid afternoon likely in SLC. A Sunday night stay in the SLC...
I am not too sure, @Behemoth60 Peter is the lead on this one. It's 17 hours to SLC from here and we've done it in one go before but we will be stopping somewhere overnight this time. Leaving Sat am early... I will ping Peter direct and see what he thinks
Yeah, it was cold.
Leaving the hotel the first day headed to the trail I hear a call on the radio, "...is Kevin's truck on fire?"
Unbeknownst to me I had a cloud of steam following me 20 feet long - couldn't see it myself due to the frosted windows. My rad was frozen and not flowing and the 3B...
Ok, so, the first trip in a looooong time for me in the BJ42 is happening this coming Saturday. Myself, some fellow RMLCA club members and guests are headed from here (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) to the general vicinity of Waco TX. Main purpose of the trip is viewing the solar eclipse and hitting...
Yeah. I am the hoarder who has been sitting on this baton for ever.
Wasn't on purpose, life just gets in the way sometimes. Since that winter trip up to Fort McMurray my 42 has not left the province. In fact it was parked at a friend's acreage for nearly two years. Then kids sports and the...
The red tool box baton is clearly visible in this photo taken February 18, 2018.
If you can find it I'll tell you some news about imminent movement of said baton.
Hi All,
Yes, mmcinnis sent me a bumper that I straightened as best I could and then took measurements from it. I translated those into a Solidworks file and then never got back to the project. It's not really the kind of item the shop I work at does though I could do it - it would be pain and I...
fjc-man,

Dan tells me you guys can use dan@4wheelauto.com or the info@4wheelauto.com addresses to contact him if you don't want to use the contact form on the website.
Cheers,
Kevin
Varty - possibly but we are just getting going with 4wheelauto and I will need time to create the various parts not yet on file. Like the top rails of the tub and the filler corners between floor/sill and inner wheel wells. By time I am talking many months to a couple years.
Dan tells me you guys can use dan@4wheelauto.com or the info@4wheelauto.com addresses to contact him if you don't want to use the contact form on the website.
Cheers,
Kevin
I am supplying 4Wheelauto with tailgates already, and headache racks.
I have yet to quote him a new bed but he did buy the last two I had which were built from parts I made 10 years ago.
@BreckenridgeCruiser my general policy is to make a complete panel so a guy can drill out the spot welds on the factory one and weld mine in. But I do have limitations on tooling and there are some shapes I can't make. If you're looking for something in particular let Dan or Travis at 4wheelauto...
