I would like some input from the Orion/TC experts. I received my Transfer Case rear mount from AA and noticed that they did not add the drain back port to the mount the way it is on the stock cover. Is this a problem or an improvement?
BTW this mount is fabricated beautifully.
While working on my frame I happened to notice that the front springer for the rear springs are tilted out. Not sure if this is done for a reason or if it is normal sag. There does not appear to have been damaged. Both sides are the same. It may not be anything. Thoughts?
Where can I find stock pinion bearing preload shims.
I replaced the bearings in my front diffferential and the preload is too tight now with the original spacer and shim. Local Toy dealer says 'not available'. McMaster's aren't too close to the right size.

I'm cutting my rotors to fit the hub and 4.175 fits nice. Fit them to the rear axle hubs fine. When I tried (operative word) to fit it to the front hubs it wouldn't go. The outside front hub diameter (outside the lug stud circle) is 7.375 while the inside of the GM rotors...
When deciding on my conversion most of my time was spent on trying to figure out what the length of the conversion would be compared to stock. I finally figured it out. Maybe this helps someone else.

Also picked a 1995 GM NV4500 with 4X4 tail and slave cylinder.
The bell housing on the NV4500 has the bump for the slave cylinder under the starter. This will be near the front drive shaft. Not sure if...
