I borrowed this ol' piece o junk trailer from a cruiser-head down the hill so I could take the frame to the acid dipping place. They will get it all cleaned up and taken over to my powder coater.

also the front locker has fine splines in the locking mechanism, the rear has fewer and more coarse splines, so it takes less differential rotation for the front to lock, more rotation out back.
on a (semi)related topic- I had code 26 pop up after a water crossing last weekend, (rich mixture) -popular opinion from here pointed to the O2 sensors or the wiring being the cause- low irregular idle, odd feeling behavior.

bought a 'labs tire swingout kit and welded a bracket up for the spindle- bolted to the stock crossmember and I'm happy.
yes, there's no real corner protection and it's not pretty, but the tire goes with me now, and I got a good bit of practice with my pawn shop welder- total cost is under...
have you clipped the wire for the #7pin? I think you need to do that also, I forget.

my '93 did similar when I got it- needed the terminals cleaned at the "lo range position" switch- top of the xfer case about 1:00 - jumper the harness pins there to make the CDL light work.
