    also the front locker has fine splines in the locking mechanism, the rear has fewer and more coarse splines, so it takes less differential rotation for the front to lock, more rotation out back.

    have you clipped the wire for the #7pin? I think you need to do that also, I forget. Slee - Pin 7 Mod for CDL (Toyota 80 Series Land Cruiser) it's there ^^ somewhere;)
