    NEED 350-A440 HELP ASAP please.

Yup, I agree. I can't even imagine trying to install the tranny with the TQ "pre-bolted" to the flex plate already on the engine. It would be a nightmare (to me anyway) trying to mount the tranny to the TQ like that without screwing up the input seal and/or the pump TQ input shaft. Why don't you...

    NEED 350-A440 HELP ASAP please.

Well, the way to check is to unbolt the torque converter and install it into the tranny and see if it's engaging the pump. If so, put a flat edge across the end of the tranny bell housing and make sure that the torque converter isn't recessed into the bell housing, even slightly. There is...

    Champion Beadlock - Any Experience

Yes, I ran them for years. No problems at all. They held air fine. The vehicle was my DD. I wouldn't powder coat them or the wheels as they'll get banged up in use (you do wheel where you actually need beadlocks, right ?). Simply rattle can them. Touchup is a breeze then. :) Fred

What is this part and is it broken?

Mmmm, maybe a heater control valve and you're running the red coolant (which is leaking) correct ? :) Fred

How long do Bump Stops need to be??

Yes, that rear is stuffed nicely, however you want to make sure that it's the bumpstop that has stopped the upward travel and not the shock.. You don't want the shock to have compressed fully thus "bottoming out". That's one of the quickest way to kill a shock. :) Fred

How long do Bump Stops need to be??

The best way is to cycle the axle (front and/or rear) and set the bumpstop length to the longer of the length needed to stop the upward movement of the axle: - before the shock completely compresses ("bottoms out") - before the spring(s) overcompress (coils actually touch together) - before...

    95 OBD-I/II NONSENSE & purchase advice

You CAN NOT count on a CARFax. If something shows up on a CARFAx you can be assured that it happened, HOWEVER a "clean" CARFAx is about as useful as tits on quail. There is (or was, I believe it's still on going) a class action law suit against CARFax just because of this very thing. My wife...

Stop Light leave on D or switch to N

The only way that you'll gain anything "real" is to turn the engine off when stopped at longer lights, railroad tracks etc and that, of course, requires the tranny to be in 'D' ;) :) Fred

    350 to A440F wiring question.

Yes, the NSS is so that the vehicle can not be started unless it's in Park (and some Neutral). The backup switch turns on the backup lights when you shift into reverse. Fred

    Anyone using this product?

He's either silly or trolling.... ;) Even Dupont says that it's not for use in nor will work in/with engines. If it worked, EVERY engine manf. would precoat the internal part of their engines and, poof, magically have no warranty worries ;) As already mentioned, there is/are no metal to...

    Anyone using this product?

Yes, and they are complete bull crap. The FTC filed a complaint against them for false advertisement and they settled with the FTC. Fred

K&N filter, is it killing the MAF on toyota?

More would only help if more is needed. Do you know how make intake flow is needed throughout the RPM range and do you know for a fact that the stock/OEM doesn't supply that ? :) Fred

    carfax account

You know, don't you, that the CarFax reports are nearly useless ? The only thing for sure is that if a problem shows up then, most likely, the problem is real. A clean Carfax report does NOT mean that the vehicle is clean, that is has never been in any accidents, speedo correct. :) Fred
