This post could also be in the "Best Mod Under $50" section.
I installed this to have a larger screen for Gaia and other navigational tools. I saw it on TicTok for about $65. But, wait, there's more, since I was a "first time" TicTok purchaser I got it for 50% off. One of the perks was it has a...
Based on my research and mostly by the comments of those much more knowledgeable than I am, I will go Al for my radiator. I didn't know about the ground strap or the "red" coolant needed for an Al radiator. Great stuff to know.
Speaking of the ground strap. Not wanting to drill a hole in a new...
I went to Cruiser Corp's website and found this radiator <3 Row Aluminum Radiator FJ60 / FJ62 1980-1990 - https://cruisercorps.com/collections/radiators-hoses/products/aluminum-radiator-fj60-3-row>. I called to ask about a warranty and got the most strange response. The girl I spoke with didn't...
I searched the forum a couple of years ago when it was leaking. I was kinda looking for a quick poll to see what guys were using.
I appreciate the responses.
The title says it all - I had the radiator repaired 2 years ago. It's leaking steady large drops from the middle bottom. I don't want to have it repaired again. So, what to consider and what to avoid?
Thanks.

Replaced a very badly leaking power steering gear box with another gear box I removed from a donor vehicle a few years ago. After doing so, I noticed the steering wheel was not centered. That was a much simpler task.
I replaced my fusible link with a setup close to what FJ60binh described. My next project is to replace or rebuild my steering gear box. It's leaking badly.
Here's the "back story" ... during the last few weeks, my 60 had a occasional problem starting. If I moved the wife leading into the connector it would start. I found the connector that had "cold solder" joints. When the 60 wouldn't start I could move/jiggle the connection and the 60 would...
Hi Guys and Gals, the title says it all. Here's a couple of pics that will help explain my situation.
The PO messed up the plugs. I couldn't find a source for the plugs. I would fab up another connector if I could find the plugs.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I've searched...
