Trailer is in overall solid condition. It is original and has never been cut up. Even had the original lighting and harness.
Includes a new set of military supplied wheel bearings in the package. Also 2 OEM wheels.
The tires are cracked, but the tubes are holding air. I would not tow it far on...
I know I bought 2 tubes, But I honestly cannot remember if I used one or 2. I want to say 1 and actually I think I bought a second one for a just in case scenario. I need to dig in my garage to see if it is there. They are standard size caulking tubes.
Use disposable gloves as like any of these...
I used this
Which was recommended by many others including TT. Builds - DINGO - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/dingo.1051945/page-33#post-12528837
It sealed the edge and it flowed nicely and not excessively.
When you get there
For Carpet, If Trail Tailor is still importing his then get that, otherwise you cannot go wrong with the carpet from from @dnp
Seat covers from Cruiser Corp. They look fantastic.
You can do the seats yourself (when you have the cushion and covers off, paint the frames). If...
@HemiAlex is dead on. While great running around the flats and light hills anything to steep and if loaded up (Camping gear, RTT etc) you will want 4.11 for sure. I had just over 32" tires on mine and loaded it was a slug up hills many time dropping to 3rd or lower. In the flats 5th was the...
You can run without it, You can run with it. Big thing is if you run higher wattage bulbs then the stock harness will suffer (think melting or fire), vs the secondary harness (any quality harness with external relays) will not as the relays will deal with the initial spike.
Check Daniel Stern...
For those that do not know, TT repair panels are top notch. They fit very well and are damn close if not the same as the OEM metal thickness.
Zero complaints with the ones I used.
Compared to what you find for replacement panels/ repair panels for American vehicles, this are far superior.
I would keep the stock radio. Get an OEM antenna and put in new door speakers. It will be fine and you will enjoy it.
I installed a 3.5MM with a FM tuner that you dial a certain radio station and then you can hook up your accessory.
I listened to Satellite radio with an XM external unit...
As other said,
Keep the stock distributor keep the stock carb.
Get both rebuilt by Jim C. Tell him how you will drive and he will pre tune the carb. It will be a unpack drop and go type deal.
Myself I would put a Holley in before a Weber any day of the week if I did not have a stock carb.
The new Bronco like the Land Rover Defender is a major letdown. I was excited when they announced it and after reading the reviews, seeing the pictures I will pass.
2F intake to Holley 2 barrel carb (great for that sniper install!
I have no idea the manufacture maybe @Downey knows.
One stud looks to have been striped at some point and the PO put a bolt in its place.
Seems to work.
I have a 2 barrel Holley with this adapter on my 2F and it worked great...
