Seems like I've been having the same issue with AS numbers on V4 of the 4 link calculator. @workingdog I know you said setting the drive bias to zero made the 100% AS line look more normal, but did you ever ascertain whether or not drive bias affects AS? I've been googling for hours and still...
When you are hitting the flex limits of your current setup is there still any droop left on your shocks? If so then the hi flex bushes will no doubt free things up. If there isn't any further droop available then they won't.
What is your current setup and what do you ultimately use the rig for?
I have run these bushing with 12" Fox 2.0 shocks. They are compliant, but with too much travel they tear apart as mine did. I have since gone back to OEM bushes with castor correction plates.
The OEM bushes are very compliant too. I think the problem these bushes were designed to resolve was...
I recently made the switch to 37" x 12.5 R17 KM2's
I still need to regear. But all in the loss of power wasn't as extreme as I thought it would be. I have a set of 4:88's and RCV axles ready to go in.
I drilled a hole through the roof and Used an IP rated compression gland.

Why don't you jack up each wheel front wheel, one at a time, and check if you can hear anything rubbing/ grinding?
At least that way you can rule out if its something around the wheel. I recently had a funny grinding noise. Turned out to be a metal tab bent up on the brake caliper, where the...
I gotta say representing the stacks the way mtnman suggested really does help visualising and comparing the differences between the different configurations.
What I find a little odd though looking your stack Coax is that the shims your running are thinner, and will flex more easily than mine...
There is some good reading here about shim stacks and the various types of damping the shims effect (low speed , mid speed and high speed)

I have been reading a fair bit on shim stacks and flutter...
Interesting comments mtnman. I feel my shocks run a little stiff, even playing with the CD adjusters doesn't quite get a plush feel. I am now setup to re charge the shocks myself so am going to start playing with valving in the new year. The one thing I have found is that the CD adjusters are...
You can get these from Oz, AFAIK they are similar to the flexi coils. They lift the truck 3" and are next to a set of OME 2"coils.
Front: OME852 medium
Rear OME863 med/heavy

I was at a landcruiser club meet this weekend, in the UK. There is a trail around the farm it's held on and this little mud hole has caught me out every time now. And to think this use to be the bypass...
This clip shows what went on better than I can explain, next time a little less right foot...
I'm not in Oz, but I do have an LPG conversion on my 80. I have the BRC MULTIPOINT system with a 90l toroidal tank where the spare was.
There have been a few threads in the past where pics were posted of the system.
My average mileage is 7.5mpg, yes I did double check! My system needs a tune...
