I have 2. Both damaged in shipping. The second one was relatively minor and I'm going with it. Faced with trying to salvage a rusty original or massaging a new one, I opted for the latter. Be prepared to make it work.
The round knob that is used to adjust the side movement of the seat back next to the console. I have a knob but no retaining spring clip. Willing to purchase the entire Knob or just the spring clip.
Great looking truck! Love the color. Like the 4Plus step / sliders. We're finishing up the twin stick installation in my '78 and would like to see how you
finish out the transmission tunnel for the twin sticks and the boot install. Please post pics as you complete yours. Nice work.
Toyota parts center on line had an exploded view which helped a lot. The '97 service manual has good info for trouble shooting the power switches and motors, but nothing for separating the seat pan. Now to get the upholstery done!
Want to dismantle the seat to replace bolster and reupholster the seat. Looking for a video or file that shows how to remove the seat back and break down the seat. Seat is out of vehicle and on the bench. Thanks Jim
Classic Lenticular cloud formation. Strong winds aloft with mountain effect. We see some pretty formations with the sun and mountains combined.
Very nice picture.
Depressing the tab on the connector and am unable to remove the cable. I have lowered the steering column to gain more access and still no joy. Sugestions please. TIA Jim
The trailer is set up for camping with a roof top tent, probably close to 1000 lbs loaded. The trailer lights are all LEDs. I'm going to run power from the battery to charge the trailer battery. Have a junction box on the trailer and the brake control signal to the brakes will get will use...
I'm familiar with brake controllers. Where do I wire the converter so I don't over load the trucks wiring for the lights? I would like to wire it up further up in the harness and not back at the tail lights if possible. I should have been more explicit in my earlier post. Thanks.
There will be a brake Controller installed. Will be towing a Canadian M101 with electric brakes. I like the idea of going back to the battery. Not clear on how to make the lights function.
