Have you tried searching through the plethora of Southern Living house plans? The house we built was one of their plans. I made some modifications to it but it was a very complete plan with pretty much everything engineered except the HVAC. Of course you will always have to marry the...
Yep. Bill of Sale is your friend; especially with Pickups. Duty rate is only 2.5% on everything else used IIRC.
Nice pickup. They are not easy to find in good condition and 25 years old. Great that you have someone on the ground that you can trust. I have been extremely happy with my...
I GC'd my own house back in 1997, FWIW. I am an engineer by undergrad degree but grew up on a farm with various relatives that covered the gamut from carpentry to heavy equipment. I consider myself a decent trim carpenter and did all the trim and hardwood floors myself. I was also working in...
I don't think I would put screws through the cooler unless you want it to leak. Of course maybe I'm not understanding what @BarnFab means when he says "base". Looks like this model is meant to be portable:

I assume you are talking about these: No idea if they actually have them. Kind of a roll of the dice with Amayama.

Diagram appears to show 3. Not sure if that's correct as its listed as a "standard part" and no quantity is given.
I have put the micrometers on everything and I see no reason why it wouldn't just flip to the other side unless the felt "grain" was somehow directional. Pins are dead center and the stainless edge rolls are the same thickness. Felt looks symmetrical although all the fibers have worn off. I...
I see the same part numbers. I took it back down to the shop but will see if I can figure out why there would be a top and bottom when I walk back down there.
If you lay out the measurements that I gave you, they aren't symmetrical front to rear so the passenger side would be a mirror image. Hopefully that makes sense.
Edit: That would mean that there must be a top and a bottom. Otherwise you could just flip them over. I'll take a closer look and...
FWIW, when I search for the driver's side inner weatherstrip, it shows the same part number for all years. Sometimes I find that isn't true when you dive into the individual year diagrams and sometimes Toyota changes the part design but keeps the same number. However, if it is true, then the...
That would be the City Racer mat. There were never any snaps so we have no idea what they were for. Maybe there were snaps installed in your 40 at one time?
