Very nice photo!
What is the best Tundra 17 inch wheels that fits the 100 series without spacers and provide better offset for big tires. Center caps is not an issue for me. I am curious
Great info..And have a question would I encounter any issue with method 17/8.5 with tire size like 285/70/17 or 305...honestly don’t like to make more mods. @kreiten setup is very nice.
The center is locked and the front is spinning until some point where both tires are deeply stuck...it is definitely working under normal/medium load. Does the 4 pinion make it perform differently, meaning it will handle slippage better than before? or it’s just make more reliable?
It looks...
I am curious, my front wheels do not move when stuck in sand. Is this because of the 2 pinion?
Also, checked the part number for the later models and it’s the same for 98-07.
My current hight:
Rear about 21.5 inch (auxiliary tank almost empty)
Front 20.5 inch
May add spacer to 2863 to help with sag/or go with 2864. As for 2866, it’s not going to help if you have load.
With 2864, add 320+ lbs and rear should go down 1 inch. I 🤔
Interesting thread
I have been running 2863 for years but after adding drawers the LC is sagging a little bit . I tried 2866 (progressive.. I think) and it feels great without load almost close to stock ride.
The spring rate is a key player here..the minute you cross the spring load rate the rear hight goes down 1...
