    I was being sarcastic to a friend of mine. He suggested using the brass tees. I called Toyota they were like $30 or something. Didn’t want to wait. These work fine. Also no I didn’t remove the hood, was a pain in the ass though

    Just got done installing a new starter on my 99 cruiser. What a job!! Old one was starting fine but bendix wasn’t retracting after it was started and grinding. Well worth the time spent! Also replaced the dreaded Heater tees while doing this. Instead of using plastic tees, used brass ones...

    I would like the Driver door piece. Mine was munched in a deer hit. I have attached a pic just to be sure. I tried to use a piece off a LX470 and cut it down, but it does not look right. PM me if we can set something up. Thanks

    Grinding While Starting

    Hello! New here. Have a 99 Cruiser. Probably 50% of the time I start my cruiser the starter grinds right as it fires up. Almost like the bendix isn’t retracting all the way on the starter. It’s not an easy swap to replace starter, just curious if anyone else has had this issue?

    99 Cruiser Owner

    New to this! I own a 99 Landcruiser. Had it about a year. Always wanted one and now I got it! Has about 300k on it. Mechanically perfect, has some classic Midwest rust. Just on here to learn and chat with other cruiser enthusiasts. Good day!!!
