Wow. Nice job. I thought it could be done - I've imported about 20 vehicles from Japan, including a 600cc 10foot Mitsubishi firetruck that I sold as is. I will look harder at the bigger firetrucks.
Dumb questions - how it a sale from Canada to the US handled? Outside of Cash in hand, how am I sure to get my money? And who handles the US border stuff, the seller or the buyer?

It's a five speed - unknown about lockers - 134K kms - will go for about 400,000 Yen on Friday's auction. Needs some exhaust work. I'll pass. I want a daily driver will no fuss once I get it here. One more picture...

1990 LJ78 Prado EX5 - replaced head, bigger rad, all that fixed.
White smoke now out the exhaust, no power. Lots of blow when I take off the oil filler cap. Oil all up the dipstick. I think oil is being blown into the turbo and out.
