Romer was right on, I got a buddy and we put the torque to it and off it came. The second nut came off easily and the threads look good. Just needed an extra set of hands. Thanks for all the input from everyone. I will now press on in the evenings and try to get this job done.

Yeah, I looked close and felt around the nut and it seems to be clear. there were 3 tabs and I broke one off bending it back out of the way.

I had a squeaking in reverse from the rear brakes and replace the pads (ordered from cdan) and the squeaking was gone. I'm a 1:banana: guy and it was pretty easy to do.

I just noticed a missing lug and not sure when or how it broke off. It's the back PS, glad to hear it's safe enough for 5 lugs as I try to fix this. If you can post your experience that would be great.
