I have ordered a new IAC for my 97 LC with 290k miles. The existing IAC failed the test listed in the FSM; idle speed is sometimes poorly controlled. Will the computer have to learn the new IAC?
Regarding the rear fender flare that attaches to the rear door, there are two screws visible with the door open. Are these two screws all that hold it on? The paint shop wants to take it off before painting. Thanks
97 LC with 290k. When cold it always starts perfectly; fast idle at 1200-1300 then idles down to 600 over a few minutes. When hot also starts perfectly at 800-1000, then immediately down to 600. Normal idle is so smooth when stopped that barely anything can be felt through the steering wheel...
