    actually it sounds like there might be air in the system, there might be a small bubble and when it gets hot it expands and it gets worse. you need to really do a good job bleeding the system out.

    If your on the freeway much you should raise it up, if your in the rocks you will have a pinion clearance issur then the cut and turn will be the best option so you will do without shims. I did my own you can too

    The early TBI belt drive was stamped steel and were prown to breakage on the drivers side low. the later years are two peice cast aluminum. Gm makes a a/c compressor idler pulley that goes in place of the compressor.
